Teatergrillens Story

Tore Wretman opened Teatergrillen in 1945 as a sister restaurant to Riche. We offer more than a traditional restaurant visit, although much about Teatergrillen is very classic.

Our food is always made from exclusive ingredients, something we never compromise on. Some dishes that have become guests' favourites over the years are our turbot with primers, salt-baked Swedish entrecote, and whitefish roe. Exclusive ingredients cooked in classic Hausman style with French influences - but with an innovative spirit.

We are a big family

Swedish Brasseries is the collective name for a family of restaurants behind some of the country's most interesting concepts. We create meeting places with large halls and plenty of space, have generous opening hours, the food is tasty and always made from exclusive ingredients. Our service is something out of the ordinary, and at Teatergrillen we're particularly good at classic dining room service like slicing fish, carving meat and flambéing right by the table.
